An interesting card from Moore - Vivian, Lyman County, South Dakota.

The post office at Moore, SD was opened in 1891 and operated as a county post office in a settler's home.  When the area was opened to broader settlement, the town of Vivian sprang up a short distance away. In 1906, the name of the Moore PO was changed to Vivian PO and it was relocated to the new town.
